Rumor has it, again, Sprint Nextel and Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile USA are in discussion to merge according to The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. Sources close to the talks say the agreement is held in determination of T-Mobile worth and which entity will be the controlling carrier.
